RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your handmade purchase, but if you have changed your mind, you can return your item within 14 days in line with the policy below.
Please remember to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning your item. Our team members are not responsible for proving your purchase. You must supply the proof of purchase, which our team members can validate.
If you have proof of purchase and the return meets our policy, we will be able to process an exchange (if available).

Agreed credits or refunds will be processed less the cost of postage and packaging from the original order, any gift-wrapping costs we have incurred and a £2.50 handling fee.
Returns or exchanges must be in their original condition.
Products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer and we recommend that you return the product via Registered post.
Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (1987), regulations or otherwise as required by law.
Returns, exchanges or refunds do not apply to the following goods.

Lost or stolen parcels where it was requested that the parcel be left and delivered without a signature
Eligible returns will be processed back to the original method of payment. If we are not able to do this, we will provide you with a Real Budget Mama gift card to the value of your refund. The card will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Postal Returns
You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Real Budget Mama will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refunds are not processed until goods are received by Real Budget Mama and confirmed to be in their original condition.
Uncollected or Wrong Address Returns
It's important that you use the tracking information that we provide to monitor the progress of your delivery. If products you have ordered are returned to Real Budget Mama via the delivery services as uncollected, wrong address or returned by sender, we will contact you and refund the cost of your order less:
